The „Covor Plante Poezie” Project, literally meaning Carpet Plants Poetry, initiated by artist and actress Ana-Maria Pop, represents a series of cultural and urban regeneration interventions exploring performativity at the intersection of various arts: contemporary poetry, dance, music, and Spoken Word sessions, all set in an unconventional space marked by an ‘80s Persian carpet, surrounded by tropical plants and participation.
On March 6, Plan Patru will host one of the editions of Covor Plante Poezie, featuring Flavia Giurgiu & Ana-Maria Pop as performers, accompanied by the music of Radu Dumitriu and the texts of Radu Afrim.
Entry is based on prior registration via the link below. Spots are limited.
The project is part of the AFCN 2025 funding program and will take place in 10 alternative locations across Bucharest, featuring over 40 artists, screenings, performances, workshops, installations, and exhibitions.
