RADAR IN THE COMMUNITY | Mântuleasa Edition

For two days, Mântuleasa becomes a meeting point for art, technology, play, and community.

In collaboration with Sector 2 City Hall, RADAR brings new media art closer to the public through a special capsule edition created for the local community: interactive installations, art and technology experiences, local and international artists, workshops, and activities for children and adults.

At PLAN PATRU, you can discover:

☁️ Cloud Memory
Guillaume Marmin (France)
A light and sound sculpture inspired by clouds and organic structures, exploring how memory is increasingly shifting from the biological to the digital.

◼️ Array
Steven Mark Kübler (Austria)
An ever-changing installation where light, colour, shadows, and the viewer’s movement continuously reshape the space from every perspective.

🎹 Sonolume
Loomaland (Germany)
A synesthetic experience where music becomes light, colour, and vibration. Play the piano and each note activates the installation.

RADAR IN THE COMMUNITY continues the journey of RADAR 2026, bringing new media art beyond conventional cultural spaces and directly into the neighbourhood, just steps away from the places familiar to the local community.
