After a tremendous collective effort spanning no less than five years, the restoration project of Captain Pandele’s house at 4 Planetelor Street has been completed. On September 25, we officially open the house’s doors, returning it to the public as a cultural residence under the name Plan Patru.
We will share the house’s history, admire its restored architectural features, the richness of its period-specific decorative elements, and the contrast with contemporary interventions. We’ll also explore how the successful restoration of such a heritage monument can enhance the lives of local and neighboring communities.
