Carpet Plants Poetry - Midnight Run

July 04

H 19:00-21:00

On July 4th, Plan Patru will host a new edition of the poetic performance series, which will take place outdoors, under the crown of a blooming linden tree, and will conclude with an “Open Mic” session.

The Covor Plante Poezie Project (Carpet Plants Poetry), initiated by artist and actress Ana-Maria Pop, is a series of cultural interventions and urban regeneration actions that explore performativity at the intersection of various art forms: contemporary poetry, dance, music, and Spoken Word sessions, all within an unconventional setting marked by an ‘80s Persian carpet, surrounded by tropical plants and participation.

On July 4th, Plan Patru will host a new edition of the poetic performance series, which will take place outdoors, under the crown of a blooming linden tree, and will conclude with an “Open Mic” session.

“A nocturnal ritual where movement becomes memory.
In the hush of the city’s forgotten hours, bodies move through shadow and silence — not to escape, but to feel.
Each step is a reckoning. Each breath, a return.
It’s not about speed — it’s about presence.
A run through the night, toward the unseen.
Toward the self that only darkness reveals.”
