Shared Skin

March 07

H 19:00-21:00

On March 7, Plan Patru hosts a new poetic performance edition, conceived as a scenic laboratory reflecting on closeness and boundaries, vulnerability and protection.

Covor Plante Poezie (which translates as Carpet Plants Poetry), initiated by artist and actress Ana-Maria Pop, is a series of cultural and urban regeneration interventions exploring performativity at the intersection of multiple art forms: contemporary poetry, dance, music, and Spoken Word sessions. These unfold within an unconventional setting defined by an 1980s Persian carpet, surrounded by tropical plants and shaped through participation.

On March 7, Plan Patru hosts a new poetic performance edition, conceived as a scenic laboratory reflecting on closeness and boundaries, vulnerability and protection.

The concept begins with the body as a surface of contact, a space crossed by borders yet open to transfer. The skin becomes simultaneously threshold and site of negotiation, a field of proximity where identity expands and contracts in relation to the other.

Shared Skin proposes a performative inquiry into intimacy as a conscious gesture and fragility as a practice.

How close can we be without losing ourselves?
